Transit Oriented Development (TOD) areas are locations that have limited land area. Solar PV systems planned to be installed in these support electric vehicles such as e-scooters, cars, motorcycles, and buses. However, solar general require a large The purpose of this paper is find out compare the Performance Ratios (PR) system on rooftop with floating lake determine which fits better for TOD areas. PR analysis uses two methods, PVSyst software simulation validated using mathematical calculations. result 76.39% 80.24% calculation. Meanwhile, 82.69% 73.41% significant factors influence value energy produced by system, its losses, albedo reflector surface bifacial PV.
